We collect information that users provide directly, information generated through use of the App, and limited information received from service providers that help us operate the App.
We may collect Name and Email address.
We use this to create and manage accounts, identify users, communicate about the App, provide support, and personalize the user experience.
We assign or receive a user ID to authenticate users, connect saved information with the correct account, maintain account security, and provide App functionality.
Users may voluntarily provide information about academic achievement, learning needs, ADHD, dyslexia, disabilities, accommodations, executive-functioning needs, or support preferences.
Used only to provide and personalize App features, recommendations, reminders, and educational content. The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
College lists, application tasks & checklists, deadlines, notes, application progress, essay or activity-planning info, saved responses, educational goals, reminders, and planning preferences — used to power the App's planning, organization, and progress-tracking features.
Product purchased, subscription status, purchase date, transaction ID, and renewal/refund status. Payments may be processed by Apple or Stripe. We do not intentionally collect complete payment-card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials.
Features accessed, tasks created/completed, planner progress, screens used, timestamps, settings, and errors. Used to operate the App, preserve progress, troubleshoot, maintain security, and improve usability.

We do not use sensitive information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Sections 4–9 — how we share information, what we don't do, and the controls you have.
We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and data storage providers, database providers, authentication providers, payment processors, customer support providers, and technical maintenance and security providers.
These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us. We require them to use reasonable safeguards and provide privacy protections consistent with this Policy.
We may also disclose information: when required by law, court order, subpoena, or valid governmental request; to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or policy violations; to protect the safety, rights, or property of users or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate privacy protections; or with the user's direction or consent.
We do not sell users' personal information.
We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement.
We do not share sensitive educational, disability, or learning information with advertisers or data brokers.
The information described in this policy may be linked to a user's identity because it is associated with the user's account. This includes name, email address, user ID, user content, sensitive-information categories, purchases, and product-interaction information.
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the user's account, provide App functionality, preserve saved content and progress, complete purchases, respond to support requests, protect against fraud, comply with legal/tax/regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless we are legally required or permitted to retain particular information.
Users may initiate deletion of their account through the account settings within the App, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information.

Withdrawing or deleting information that is necessary for a feature may prevent that feature from functioning properly.
Sections 10–13.
The App is designed for teenagers preparing for college, their parents or guardians, and college-planning professionals. It is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has provided information should contact us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify us of any unauthorized access.
ForwardReady U operates from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the U.S. and other locations where our service providers operate. Users outside the U.S. acknowledge that privacy laws may differ from those in their place of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, service providers, or legal obligations. The effective date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after an update means the updated policy applies to future use, subject to applicable law.
