College Counseling Support

Questions about the college application process can be sent directly through the app using the Messages button in the menu.

Messages are answered by real college counselors and experienced educators—not by a bot. Use this feature when you need help understanding a task, deciding what to do next, or getting unstuck.

Technical or account-related questions should be sent to support@forwardreadyu.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Select Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your email address. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive.

How do parent or guardian email updates work?

Students may choose to add a parent or guardian email address. When enabled, automated updates notify that person as selected tasks and milestones are completed.
Students can update or remove the parent or guardian email address through the Contacts button in the menu.

How do I message a college counselor?

Open the app and select Messages in the menu. Enter your question and submit it through the secure messaging feature.

How do I change my account information?

Open Profile & Settings in the menu.

How do I report a technical problem?

Email support@forwardreadyu.com and include your device type, a description of what happened, and a screenshot when possible.

How do I suggest a new feature?

We welcome feedback. Email support@forwardreadyu.com with the subject line:
Feature Request – College App Planner for ADHD

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through your Apple account. Open your device’s Settings, select your name, choose Subscriptions, and select College App Planner for ADHD.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically delete your app account.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to:
Profile & Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. Deleting an account may also not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Apple requires apps that allow account creation to let users initiate account deletion from inside the app.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and data storage providers, database providers, authentication providers, payment processors, customer support providers, and technical maintenance and security providers.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us. We require them to use reasonable safeguards and provide privacy protections consistent with this Policy.

We may also disclose information: when required by law, court order, subpoena, or valid governmental request; to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or policy violations; to protect the safety, rights, or property of users or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate privacy protections; or with the user's direction or consent.
