Rainbow Connector, LLC, doing business as ForwardReady U ("ForwardReady U," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the College App Planner for ADHD mobile application and related services, collectively referred to as the "App."
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to users.

We use this information only to provide and personalize App features, recommendations, reminders, organizational supports, and educational content.
Users are not required to provide more sensitive information than is reasonably necessary to use the applicable feature. Users should not enter medical records, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, or other information that the App does not specifically request.
The App is an educational planning and organizational tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

We use this information to provide the App's planning, organization, personalization, progress-tracking, and account-synchronization features.
We may receive and retain information about purchases associated with an account, including the product or service purchased, subscription or access status, purchase date, transaction identifier, and renewal, expiration, cancellation, or refund status.
Payments may be processed by Apple or another authorized payment provider, currently we are using Stripe. We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers, security codes, or online-banking credentials.
We may collect information about how a user interacts with the App, including features accessed, tasks created or completed, planner progress, buttons or screens used, dates and times of activity, settings and feature preferences, and errors or unsuccessful actions.
We use this information to operate the App, preserve user progress, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, improve usability, and understand whether App features are functioning properly.

The information described in this policy may be linked to a user's identity because it is associated with the user's account. This includes name, email address, user ID, user content, voluntarily provided sensitive information, purchase history, and product-interaction information.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the user's account, provide requested App functionality, preserve saved content and progress, complete purchases and maintain purchase records, respond to support requests, protect against fraud or misuse, comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless we are legally required or permitted to retain particular information.
Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or system logs until those records are overwritten through our ordinary retention processes. Information retained for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Users may initiate deletion of their account through the account settings within the App. Users may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.

Withdrawing or deleting information that is necessary for a feature may prevent that feature from functioning properly.
The App is designed for teenagers preparing for college, their parents or guardians, and college-planning professionals. It is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A person under 13 should not create an account or submit personal information through the App.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information should contact us. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete the information where appropriate.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify us promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
ForwardReady U operates from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.
Users outside the United States acknowledge that privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws in their place of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our information practices, service providers, or legal obligations.
The effective date at the top of the policy will indicate when it was most recently revised. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the App or by email.
Continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to future use, subject to applicable law.
