About My Writing & Expertise
My work reflects my role as an educator, parent, strategist, and thought leader in college and career readiness. With more than 20 years of experience supporting teens and young adults, developing curriculum, leading workforce development efforts, and training adults, I bring both practical experience and big-picture insight to this field.
My portfolio includes articles, professional resources, training materials, and published work that showcase my commitment to helping students, educators, and organizations prepare young people for success in school, work, and life. I have a particular interest in projects focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals as they navigate school, work, and the transition to adulthood.
What sets my work apart is my ability to adapt to different audiences and goals while staying grounded in the same core mission: making college and career readiness more meaningful, accessible, and effective. I also use my writing to advocate for neurodivergent individuals, a commitment shaped by both professional experience and personal connection as the wife of a neurodivergent husband, the mother of neurodivergent children, and a longtime supporter of neurodivergent students.
Whether I am creating engaging lessons for students, developing training for educators and professionals, contributing to professional publications, responding to an RFP, or sharing insights through presentations or social media, my work is centered on helping others better understand and support readiness for the future.

How I Share My Work
I believe strong ideas should be able to reach people in more than one way. That is why my work extends across multiple formats and platforms, allowing me to meet different audiences where they are and communicate in ways that are engaging, practical, and effective. Whether I am teaching students, training professionals, contributing to the field, or sharing thought leadership more publicly, I adapt both the message and the medium to fit the goal.
