A Business Built From Action
ForwardReady U is owned and operated by Rainbow Connector LLC, which began with a vision to connect people with the resources, tools, and human support they need to move forward.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, founder Maisie Lynch created Vaccine Hunters / Las Caza Vacunas , a grassroots initiative that helped community members—especially older adults and people facing access barriers—find vaccines. Within 24 hours, Maisie mobilized a team of educators and volunteers. The work grew into outreach campaigns, vaccine clinics, grant-funded initiatives, and partnerships with healthcare, government, and community organizations.
The initiative was featured by Scientific American, CNN, and Telemundo.
That experience reinforced a lesson that still guides our work: meaningful change happens when expertise is paired with access, clear communication, strong relationships, and a willingness to act. ForwardReady U grew from that foundation.
